Here's what I did (as best as I could note down). Each JPG transfers in about 5-7 seconds so I'm not going to bother using it for NEFs. I got the camera connected to my laptop and it transfers photos as I shoot them. Using Snapbridge seems to work for me (IOS). You weren't specific on how you tried to connect. It looks like nobody is using it or does not have the same issues. When searching the web for a solution I could not find much information. I just tried to connect again and it worked with a restart of the service but maybe give this a try. I found that once I restarted the NkPtpEnum service I could reconnect. Since WTU is only used to pair the computer with a particular camera there must be something in the background that is listening for connections.

I reinstalled the Wireless Transmitter Utility and could connect and pair again. Once I restarted the computer it no longer could reconnect. Initial connection and pairing works fine.
